Job summary

Arthur is seeking a Delegated Authority Operations Analyst in London to join its Delegated Authority Operations team. This role provides broad exposure across binding authorities, lineslips, consortia and Coverholder audits while building your knowledge of the delegated authority lifecycle.

You will work closely with the Delegated Authority Operations Manager, supporting reporting, operational controls and process improvement, and engaging with internal teams and external stakeholders to

Qualifications

1–2 years of Delegated Authority experience.
Understanding of Lloyd’s and London Market processes.
Exposure to underwriting processes and controls.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Confident communication skills.
Proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

Supporting the day-to-day management of Delegated Authority accounts.
Assisting with Coverholder reports, audit reporting and wider operational MI.
Supporting monthly reporting for the Delegated Authority function.
Producing management information when required.
Supporting operational projects and process improvement initiatives.
Working with underwriting controls teams on operational requests and spot checks.
Attending internal meetings and supporting the resolution of operational issues.
Maintaining accurate Delegated Authority records and ensuring strong data quality.
Developing relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Supporting the team in maintaining strong regulatory and operational standards.
