Qualifications

• Strong Delegated Authority experience within the London or Company Market.
• Understanding of delegated arrangements and lifecycle controls.
• Confident working with senior stakeholders and giving practical guidance.
• Experience driving process improvements or project contributions.
• Ability to take ownership and support others through complex decisions.
• Interest in developing leadership skills; prior management experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Providing technical guidance on delegated arrangements and supporting colleagues with complex queries.
• Working closely with underwriting teams to support new business proposals and oversee existing relationships.
• Taking a leading role in projects to improve DA systems and simplify processes.
• Helping strengthen controls and ensuring issues are identified and resolved effectively.
• Building relationships across underwriting and operations alongside risk and compliance teams.
• Supporting the development of colleagues and helping coordinate team priorities.
• Contributing to the wider development of the DA function as the business grows.
