Job summary

Arthur in the United Kingdom is seeking a Delegated Authority Analyst to support binding authority business and own key operational activities across the DA lifecycle. You will work closely with the Head of Delegated Authority and senior colleagues to help shape processes as the function develops, gaining varied technical exposure within a growing team.

The role involves reviewing binder documentation, coordinating renewals, monitoring performance, and ensuring governance data quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in Delegated Authority or relevant London Market operations role.
• Understanding of binding authorities and delegated underwriting arrangements.
• Familiarity with bordereaux reporting and Lloyd's oversight requirements.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage workload.
• Attention to detail and proactive in resolving queries.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the setup and ongoing management of binding authority arrangements.
• Reviewing binder documentation and endorsements with senior colleagues.
• Coordinating renewals and tracking key deadlines.
• Monitoring coverholder performance and escalating issues.
• Maintaining accurate contract records and policy administration data.
• Preparing management information for oversight and governance meetings.
• Assisting with bordereaux checks and reporting queries.
• Identifying opportunities to strengthen controls and improve processes.
