Delegate Engagement Manager, London (Richmond upon Thames)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Delegate Engagement Manager to join our London team.

Managing the delegate (buyer) audience recruitment and retention for two of our senior-level forums, you will have experience of building strong customer relationships, innovative event promotion, and working with CRM systems.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Forum marketing, promotion, and content creation across multiple channels
2. Customer (delegate) engagement, management, and retention
3. Developing and delivering a first-class customer experience at our events
4. Social media campaign, content creation, execution, and reporting
5. Email marketing campaign creation, execution, and reporting
6. Experience of delivering top-class events or similar to senior-level executives (an advantage)
7. Experience working in a target-driven role

This is a full-time position with flexible office-home working (at least three days a week in the office in London SW14).
