Flowdesk is building robust back-office infrastructure for crypto markets, unifying on‑chain data, trading and treasury activity. You will own end‑to‑end components from requirements to production support in a hybrid, cross‑time‑zone team.

You will design high‑quality backend systems, work with DeFi protocols, and expose reliable APIs, while collaborating with engineering, trading, and finance to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering production‑grade systems in crypto or finance.
• Strong backend and data engineering capabilities.
• Experience with DeFi protocols and on‑chain data integration is a plus.

Aufgaben

• DeFi integrations: collect on‑chain data and integrate with protocols to power a real‑time back office system.
• Core booking / aggregation: enhance the core booking and P&L engine for performance and correctness.
• Reconciliation: automate reconciliation across trading, treasury, banks and custodians.
• Reporting: collaborate with Finance to refine requirements and coordinate cutovers.
• Data products and APIs: expose versioned APIs and event streams with backward compatibility.
