Flowdesk Group seeks a core engineer to build a world-class back-office system powering on-chain asset management and settlement. You will own end-to-end features from requirements to production, integrating DeFi protocols and ensuring real-time visibility across the firm.

You will work in a hybrid, cross-time-zone environment with a focus on reliability, security, and compliant engineering. Strong OO skills and experience with crypto ecosystems are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with crypto assets and DeFi protocols across lifecycle stages.
• Backoffice/post-trade experience and reconciliation workflows.
• Hands-on DeFi integration with protocols (DEX/AMM, lending, derivatives).
• Ability to partner with Trading, Ops, Compliance, and Engineering teams.

Responsabilités

• Build/extend back-office systems and real-time data integration for on-chain assets.
• Develop core booking, P/L, and balance aggregation engines with high performance.
• Automate reconciliation across trading, treasury, and external data feeds.
• Design and expose versioned APIs and event streams for downstream use.
• Collaborate on architecture proposals, RFCs, and production-grade tests.
