Job summary

Aave Labs is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join the Business Development team. This hands-on role focuses on translating commercial opportunities into scalable technical solutions built around Aave's earn and borrow products.

You will work with Product, Engineering, and Business Development to develop reference architectures, prototypes, and integration materials that enable partners to adopt Aave quickly and confidently.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in solutions architecture, partner engineering, or blockchain development.
• Strong technical fluency in Solidity, Typescript, and Rust (hands-on coding a plus).
• Ability to translate business goals and partner requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple partner integrations autonomously.
• A strong curiosity for DeFi and open financial infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Development and Product to architect tailored integration solutions.
• Develop and package solution materials showing how Aave fits into partners' stacks.
• Provide technical assets, documentation, and prototypes for partner engagements.
• Design reference architectures, SDK templates, and integration patterns.
• Build and test proofs of concept, demos, and example integrations.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure smooth launches.
• Relay partner needs to Engineering and Product and influence roadmap priorities.
• Coordinate timelines and progress across multiple integrations.
