Job summary

Aave Labs in the United Kingdom is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join the Business Development team, positioned at the intersection of engineering and business development. This role translates commercial opportunities into scalable technical solutions and reference architectures.

You will work across Product, Engineering, and Business Development to develop, package, and document reference architectures, demos, and integration materials that enable partners to adopt Aave's earn and borrow

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in solutions architecture, partner engineering, or blockchain development.
• Fluency with Solidity, TypeScript, and Rust; hands-on coding is a plus.
• Ability to translate business goals into scalable technical designs.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple partner integrations simultaneously.
• Strong curiosity for DeFi and open financial infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Architect and present tailored integration solutions with BD and Product.
• Package solution materials showing how Aave fits into a partner's stack and strategy.
• Provide technical assets, documentation, and prototypes for partner adoption.
• Design reference architectures, SDK templates, and integration patterns.
• Build demos and PoCs to showcase best practices and momentum.
• Troubleshoot integration challenges and ensure smooth launches.
• Relay partner needs to Engineering and Product to influence roadmaps.
• Coordinate timelines and dependencies across multiple integrations.
