Job summary

Applied Intuition is hiring in the UK to help customers solve complex technical problems in the Air portfolio, including projects aligned with Group 3 UAS and above size air vehicles. You will collaborate with service teams and customers to maximize impact in autonomous systems adoption within the UK defence sector.

The role involves working closely with air defence customers, leading discussions and deployments, and guiding adoption of our code-first developer toolchain.

Qualifications

• UK Security Clearance required.
• 3+ years of experience in the Air Domain.
• Execution-driven mindset with ability to manage multiple customer engagements in parallel.
• Experience working directly with customers on complex problems at the intersection of software and vehicle systems.
• Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Support the Air Systems and Partnerships Leads in pre-sales activity.
• Act as the technical bridge between air defence customers and Applied Intuition UK’s engineering and product teams.
• Support end-users in adoption.
• Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, demos, and early-stage deployments with customers.
• Help customers adopt Applied’s code-first developer toolchain, onboarding engineering teams onto the SDK and integrating with customers’ existing infrastructure.
