Qualifications

• At least 12 months’ PQE in clinical negligence for defendant healthcare.
• Experience handling a range of clinical negligence matters.
• Able to advise healthcare professionals and work both independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of defendant clinical negligence matters.
• Assist senior solicitors on more complex claims.
• Liaise with clients at all stages of the case.
• Run client seminars and training; participate in secondee opportunities.
