Job summary

SaccoMann is seeking an experienced Defendant Catastrophic Injury Solicitor to join a nationally recognised team in Manchester. The role offers hybrid working in a dynamic, award-winning environment with a focus on complex, high-value cases up to £20 million and exceptional client service.

You will manage diverse caseloads, advise on liability and quantum, and negotiate settlements while developing client relationships and staying current with insurance law developments.

Qualifications

• Experience in defendant catastrophic injury cases.
• Proven track record with high-value multi-track claims (RTAs, EL, PL).
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law, liability and quantum assessment.
• Excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assist on a demanding and diverse caseload of high-value, multi-track personal injury claims, including RTAs, EL and PL.
• Advise clients on liability and quantum; skilfully handle settlement negotiations.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships through outstanding service and legal expertise.
• Stay abreast of developments in catastrophic injury and insurance law.
