Job summary

Rheinmetall Electronics UK is seeking a Training Manager to lead development and maintenance of training packages for collective training equipment and safety, aligned to ACTS. Working within the OMNIA Training consortium, you will coordinate materials, e-learning, and instructor-led training, liaising with suppliers, SMEs and end users to ensure accuracy, safety and compliance.

You will drive continuous improvement, maintain records, and deliver engaging content across platforms such as DLE,

Qualifications

• Strong written communication, ability to produce clear training content.
• Experience creating e-learning or blended content.
• Experience with LMS and digital content development.
• Ability to work with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
• Understanding of instructional design and learner-focused training.

Responsibilities

• Develop, publish, and maintain training courses on the Defence Learning Environment (DLE).
• Coordinate user guides, e-learning content, and instructor-led materials.
• Identify gaps in training and develop plans to address them.
• Ensure all e-learning content meets technical and accessibility standards (SCORM).
• Support delivery of face-to-face safety and equipment training.
