Job summary

Aramark UK is seeking a General Service Assistant at Glencorse Barracks, Penicuik. This part-time role is 30 hours per week across 5 days, including weekends, with shifts between 06:00 and 18:30. You will serve food and drinks, handle tills, and support front and back-of-house operations.

Qualifications

• Customer service or food service experience is a plus (but full training provided).
• Must be 18+.
• Eligible to work in the UK and have lived here for 3+ years (security checks required).

Responsibilities

• Serving food and drinks with a smile.
• Operating tills and handling payments.
• Setting up counters and cleaning all areas front and back of house.
• Supporting kitchen and service teams to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Preparation of any other public facing areas as required.
• Undertake relevant training toward Food Hygiene Level 2 and Health and Safety Level 2.
