Job summary

Aramark UK is hiring a Customer Service Assistant at Kinloss Barracks, Kinloss, IV36 3UH. The role is part-time (25 hours weekly) with shifts Monday to Friday 9am–2pm, offering training and a pathway for progression within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing, food service, or kitchen experience is desirable (training provided).
• A team player with a flexible, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers.
• Clean back of house areas, crockery, and cutlery.
• Keep the counter, light equipment and public areas tidy.
• Perform basic cold food preparation and made-to-order services.
• Restock goods and ensure merchandise is properly displayed.
• Report feedback, complaints, stock needs and faults to the line manager.
• Complete daily paperwork and follow food hygiene procedures.
