Job summary

Northrop Grumman UK is seeking a Site Security Controller to protect people, facilities and information across New Malden and our UK HQ in Central London. You will lead security policies, controls and accreditation programs, working with Defence stakeholders, facilities and senior leaders to ensure compliance and continuity of mission critical capabilities.

The role offers impact across the defence sector, opportunities to influence security strategy, manage incidents, and mentor security staff

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a senior security representative in defence or highly regulated settings.
• Strong knowledge of UK government security standards (JSP 440, GovS 007).
• Experience developing security policies and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead security governance and accreditation for New Malden and London sites.
• Collaborate with DE&S and other stakeholders to maintain security standards.
• Manage security incidents, investigations and audits; advise on risk reduction.
