Ultra Electronics seeks a Project Manager for the Cyber Business to lead a small delivery team responsible for a technical system for a key customer. You will ensure delivery to time, cost and quality, meeting KPIs and SLAs, while coordinating with engineering and IT specialists.

The role emphasizes strong stakeholder relationships, reporting, and driving continuous service improvements, including pilot projects for rollout.

Competenze

• Degree or relevant business experience.
• ITIL knowledge advantageous.
• Experience with defence, aerospace or regulated industries.

Mansioni

• Take ownership of delivery performance, customer satisfaction, management, measurement, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as trusted point of contact for operational support and service delivery.
• Coordinate across IT, Technical Services and Compliance to ensure effective long-term delivery and support meet standards.
• Monitor service performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous service enhancement initiatives.
• Communicate status, risks, issues, financials, delivery performance and improvement plans to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities for contract growth, improvements, and additional support offerings.
• Planning and delivery of pilot projects to time, cost and quality for enhancements to be integrated into the service.
