Job summary

MIGSO-PCUBED is seeking a Project Manager for Defence Programmes in Bristol. You will lead Defence projects, develop plans, manage budgets and risks, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver critical capabilities for world-leading clients.

Based in Bristol, you will work within a supportive consulting environment with structured development and access to AP M qualifications and continuous learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering programmes in Defence, aerospace, engineering, manufacturing or highly regulated sectors.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with planning, scheduling, risk, cost and change management.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and governance.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced client environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the delivery of complex defence projects and programmes.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
• Monitor project performance and report progress to key stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Drive governance activities, including project reviews and reporting.
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide trusted project management expertise.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of best practices.
