Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent with experience in project management.
• Professional qualification with APM, PMI, PRINCE2 or equivalent, or working towards one.
• Demonstrable project management experience across pre-concept to early definition stages.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Full lifecycle awareness and adaptability to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects, programmes or work streams appropriate to experience.
• Clarify objectives, outcomes, scope and decisions with clients.
• Translate operational needs into deliverable scope from requirements.
• Develop proportionate options, delivery strategies, plans and business case inputs.
• Maintain alignment through CADMID, RIBA and the construction lifecycle.
• Establish governance, controls and delivery information as certainty develops.
• Manage stakeholders, dependencies, interfaces, risks and priorities.
• Work autonomously and provide clear recommendations to enable decisions.
• Collaborate on site with clients and travel UK regularly.
