Job summary

QinetiQ is seeking a Programme Manager to lead the delivery of the DGM, Bofors and Combat Vehicles 1 portfolios from Farnborough or Fort Halstead. You will ensure programme outcomes against cost, schedule, quality, safety, cash and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

• IPMA Level A qualification or equivalent would be beneficial.
• Experience leading large programmes or portfolios with multiple customers.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and strategic oversight skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of the DGM, Bofors and CV1 portfolios within cost, schedule, quality, safety, cash and customer satisfaction targets.
• Act as primary customer-facing delivery lead with MoD and other stakeholders to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies and drive post-sale revenue and upsell opportunities.
