A leading consultancy in programme advisory is seeking a Principal Consultant to join their team in Birmingham. The role involves working with defense clients and developing business cases under the Green Book framework. Candidates should have experience in public sector projects and must be British Nationals. Qualifications

• Must be able to attain UK MoD Security Clearance – British Nationals only need apply.
• Experience of government Green Book business case development.
• Ability to write HMT Green Book Business cases across all five dimensions.

Responsibilities

• Work with defence sector clients including DE&S and Rolls Royce.
• Support clients in developing procurement and funding strategies.
• Contribute to project/programme setup and delivery.
