Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Manchester is seeking an experienced Business Case Lead/Manager to join our Defence North team. You will support the delivery of industry-leading business cases across defence, nuclear, infrastructure and construction sectors.

As part of this role you will work with clients on-site or at Turner & Townsend offices, coordinating with programme teams to ensure robust, auditable analyses for HM Treasury approval and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering business cases in defence/nuclear/infrastructure sectors.
• Strong understanding of Green Book five-case model and MOD/HM Treasury processes.
• Ability to lead workshops, gather information, and produce auditable business case outputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead business case authoring and testing for HM Treasury approvals.
• Develop strategies, plans and processes for successful business cases.
• Engage with stakeholders and present recommendations to clients and senior leadership.
• Ensure outputs are high-quality and tailored for submission and approval.
