Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking Project Managers for the Defence Infrastructure team in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on delivering complex construction projects with NEC contracts, requiring strong stakeholder coordination and a clear path to Net Zero outcomes.

Hybrid working is offered, with site and office attendance expected around 60% of the time. A UK National with Security Clearance (SC) is mandatory, and applicants must meet MoD security requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with NEC contracts.
• Expertise in NEC/JCT/FIDIC contract administration.
• Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders under NEC.
• Knowledge of CDM/site health and safety for NEC contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management commissions end-to-end.
• Support major project management commissions with responsibility for an aspect of service delivery.
• Ensure client objectives are met and projects delivered to time, cost and quality.
• Support clients as they transition to Net Zero and broader sustainability goals.
