Job summary

Northrop Grumman UK is seeking a Material Controller to manage the flow of materials, ensuring availability for production and project needs. You will monitor inventory, forecast requirements and work with Production Control, Supply Chain and Logistics to resolve issues while upholding policy and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in stock control and inventory management.
• Experience with warehouse operations and cross-functional teamwork.
• Strong communication and proactive, analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Production Control, Supply Chain, Mission Assurance and Logistics to ensure materials are available when required.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods and forecast needs to support production schedules.
• Analyze inventory data and trends to improve accuracy, efficiency and process quality across stock control and warehousing activities.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve material issues and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Ensure all logistics processes align with Northrop Grumman UK policies and governance frameworks.
