Job summary

Amentum, a global leader in engineering, project and programme management, seeks experienced Project Managers to deliver defence infrastructure programmes across the North of the UK. You will contribute to planning, coordination and execution on security-sensitive initiatives, with hybrid and remote working options where possible.

The role requires a strong track record in P3M, stakeholder engagement and mentoring. UK residency and ability to obtain security clearance are essential.

Qualifications

• Significant track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to work autonomously and build relationships.
• Consultancy focus with ability to identify and deliver client requirements.
• Expertise in P3M practices and methodologies.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
• Eligible for UK security clearance and UK residency for past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of defence infrastructure projects.
• Deliver projects within governance, assurance, and delivery frameworks.
• Travel across the North of the UK to client sites and programmes.
• Maintain project records and apply continuous improvement techniques.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across government and industry.
