You will manage project lifecycles, working closely with the MoD and other clients while ensuring safety and quality standards. Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a construction or built environment discipline.
• Security clearance (minimum SC or ability to obtain it).
• Proven experience delivering projects in the defence sector.
• Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts.

Responsibilities

• Delivering defence sector construction projects.
• Working with clients including the MoD.
• Leading project teams and mentoring junior team members.
• Ensuring rigorous standards of security, safety, quality, and commercial performance.
• Managing risks, budgets, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
