Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience on multi-million-pound projects.
• Sole UK National with SC/DV clearance (willingness to obtain DV).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Producing accurate cost reports, forecasts, and cash flows.
• Challenging contractor estimates for transparency.
• Supporting financial assurance and business cases.
• Driving cost efficiency and identifying value strategies.
• Managing change control and supporting negotiations.
• Attending progress and cost review meetings.
• Promoting commercial awareness and supporting dispute resolution.
