Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an IDAM Architect to design and govern enterprise-grade identity and access management solutions for defence and aerospace environments. You will lead modern IDAM programmes, implement secure authentication, MFA, RBAC/ABAC, and ensure compliance with MOD security and ITAR.

Based onsite in Farnborough, you will guide cloud-ready, hybrid identity architectures (AD/Azure AD, Okta, Ping, ForgeRock), manage architecture governance, risk assessments, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise-scale IDAM solutions.
• Proven track record in defence, aerospace or government IDAM programmes.
• Expert knowledge of identity technologies including OAuth, SAML and OpenID Connect.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise-scale identity and access management architectures.
• Architect secure authentication, MFA and authorisation frameworks.
• Lead IDAM modernisation programmes and vendor selection.
• Ensure MOD classification, Defence security policy and ITAR compliance.
• Lead design workshops and customer validation activities.
• Architect identity federation and SSO across domains.
• Oversee integration with enterprise apps and cloud platforms.
