Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced IDAM Architect to design enterprise-scale identity and access management architectures for defence operations. You will architect secure authentication, MFA, and authorization frameworks, and lead RBAC/ABAC and PAM solutions with strong governance.

You will guide IDAM modernisation across cloud and hybrid environments, oversee vendor evaluation, and mentor technical teams while ensuring compliance with defence policy and security standards.

Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise-scale IDAM solutions for defence or government contexts.
• Strong knowledge of identity platforms and authentication/authorization frameworks.
• Expertise in RBAC/ABAC, PAM and identity governance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise-scale IDAM architectures for defence operations.
• Architect secure authentication, MFA and authorization frameworks.
• Design RBAC, ABAC and PAM solutions.
• Develop identity governance and entitlement management strategies.
• Lead IDAM technology evaluation and vendor selection.
• Lead security risk assessments and ensure compliance with policy.
• Architect data protection and encryption strategies.
• Lead IDAM migrations and modernisation programmes.
• Provide architectural mentoring and governance.
• Design identity federation, SSO and cross-domain authentication.
• Coordinate with customers and stakeholders, leading design workshops.
