Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking an Operations Manager - Hard FM to oversee delivery of hard facilities management across multiple sites in the Chester area. You will ensure compliant, timely maintenance and response works, manage subcontractors, and uphold health and safety while meeting contractual obligations.

The role requires an HNC or equivalent in electrical or mechanical engineering, strong CAFM knowledge, and SC clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Hard FM experience in maintenance/engineering/facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Hard FM service delivery across multiple sites within the Chester portfolio.
• Ensure maintenance and response works comply with statutory and contractual requirements.
• Manage subcontractor performance to meet KPIs and service targets.
• Review risk assessments and safe systems of work.
