Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is hiring a part-time Cleaner to join our defence and facilities cleaning teams. The role is contracted to 30 hours per week with shifts Mon-Fri in daytime hours.

You will help maintain safe, hygienic environments for clients and customers, perform routine cleaning tasks, and support supply management. A flexible, hands-on approach is essential to thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Brilliant organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in cleaning is preferred but not essential.
• Flexible approach to working.

Responsibilities

• Work with cleaning and facilities teams to keep environments safe and hygienic for clients and customers.
• Dust, sweep, polish, mop and vacuum designated areas to a high standard.
• Ensure surfaces, floors and touchpoints are sanitised regularly.
• Perform additional cleaning duties as required, such as mopping spillages quickly and efficiently.
• Empty and dispose of bin waste.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies.
