Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking Associate Directors and Project Directors with proven estimating leadership skills to work with Defence sector clients in the UK. A Sole UK National with the ability to obtain and maintain UK MoD Security Clearance (SC) is required.

These roles involve leading the production of estimates, driving best practices in estimating, and interfacing with clients and consultants across major defence programmes.

Qualifications

• Proven estimating leadership experience.
• Defence sector estimating experience.
• Qualified to a high standard in Estimating or Quantity Surveying with relevant experience.
• Experience with estimating software packages.

Responsibilities

• Lead or manage the production of accurate and comprehensive estimates and cost plans for projects/programmes.
• Drive the achievement of departmental objectives.
• Lead interfacing with clients and other consultants at all project stages.
• Develop new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
