Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Digital Delivery Manager to support complex Defence projects and programmes. The role spans project, programme, and business analysis, translating operational needs into practical plans and outcomes.

The position requires strong digital and data literacy, collaboration with technical and non-technical teams, and the ability to lead across multiple delivery streams in regulated environments. UK site attendance and travel may be required.

Qualificações

• Demonstrable experience delivering change through project, programme, delivery, operational management or business analysis.
• Experience coordinating multiple activities or workstreams with clear priorities and outcomes.
• Able to create structure from ambiguity and maintain momentum in a complex environment.
• Digital and data literacy; able to work with technical specialists and interpret tech outputs.
• Experience eliciting and prioritising requirements and translating them into clear objectives.
• Experience establishing governance and managing risks, issues, dependencies and change.

Responsabilidades

• Lead or coordinate delivery across projects, programmes, workstreams or services with clear scope and priorities.
• Understand operational problems, define objectives and translate requirements into practical delivery plans.
• Create and maintain delivery controls: plans, governance, reporting, risks and change control.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and partners, remove blockers and maintain momentum.
• Capture and prioritise business and user requirements with traceability through delivery.
• Support design and delivery of digital, data and reporting solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Define outcomes, benefits and performance measures to support decision-making.
• Plan implementation, transition and business change activities for new capabilities.
• Build relationships with senior Defence stakeholders and communicate delivery trade-offs clearly.
• Support continuous improvement and better ways of working within the team.
• Provide leadership, coaching and enable team ownership.
• Support client relationship development and capability growth where appropriate.
• Note: role may require regular attendance at client sites and travel within the UK Defence locations.
