Qualifications

• Data Governance & Strategy: Design and implement enterprise governance frameworks, policies, and classification models.
• Requirements Engineering: Translate complex business needs into scalable data architectures.
• Procurement & Commercial Requirements: Convert technical/data requirements into contractual obligations and procurement docs.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate with governance bodies and senior stakeholders.
• Leadership & Strategy: Define target-state data architectures and drive data-centric change.
• Regulated Environments: Deliver data solutions in regulated/security-sensitive environments.
• Agile Delivery & Pace: Work at pace, deliver high-quality outputs, test assumptions and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Define data inputs/outputs and governance structures for LIOS data plans and governance.
• Translate data requirements into contractual provisions suitable for ITT/ITN documentation.
• Develop deliverables: Data Requirements Document, Data Specification Pack, Data Governance Framework, IERs and SMP.
• Engage stakeholders across external industry contractors to ensure compliance and traceability.
