Job summary

DXC Technology Inc. is seeking a Cyber Security Incident Co-ordinator to join the Security Advice and Incident Office (SAIO) in Corsham or Erskine. You will own the end-to-end incident lifecycle, coordinating from initial triage to resolution while liaising with Defence stakeholders and partners.

You will analyse alerts and data, provide guidance, and produce clear incident reports. The role supports a fast-paced, security-focused environment with on-call duties and regular governance activities.

Qualifications

• Interest in Cyber Security and Security Incident Management with a desire to develop
• Strong analytical and investigative skills with high attention to detail
• Good understanding of Defence environments and secure customer operations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across levels
• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Experience coordinating or investigating security incidents

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage security incidents from triage through to closure
• Review alerts, logs and incident data to identify threats and actions
• Work with internal resolver groups and cyber teams (Threat Hunting, CTAC)
• Provide operational security guidance to customers and internal stakeholders
• Produce incident reports, dashboards and management information using Excel/PowerPoint
• Participate in on-call rota and support weekly/monthly contractual reporting
