Job summary

Defence Equipment & Support is seeking a JAMES Project Manager - Change to plan, coordinate and deliver change activities that enable the adoption of business, security, safety and regulatory changes within JAMES. You will balance stakeholder needs, risks and dependencies, using data-driven insights to inform decisions and ensure sustainable adoption across Defence assets and processes.

This permanent role requires on-site attendance at Battlesbury Barracks, Warminster, with flexible and hybrid

Qualifications

• Experience in managing systems change and governance processes.
• Ability to influence and maintain relationships across diverse audiences.
• Strong understanding of governance, compliance and change controls.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the JAMES change strategy aligned to objectives.
• Establish change governance and control processes.
• Conduct change impact assessments across systems, processes and users.
• Develop stakeholder engagement plans and communication strategies.
• Manage RAIDO risks and dependencies.
• Collaborate with Lead Engineer to keep the programme current.
