Job summary

Boeing Defence United Kingdom Limited is seeking an MRO Mechanical Supervisor to lead a small team of aircraft technicians in maintenance activities, ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and a solid understanding of MRP Part 145 standards and UK security clearance.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English is required.
• Knowledge of general aircraft maintenance and processes (Human Factors, FOD control, tool control, health & safety & COSHH).
• Experience in either commercial or defence would be considered.
• Proficient computer skills, use of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Be an effective team member within an inclusive working culture.

Responsibilities

• Deliver aircraft maintenance under Boeing's MAA MRP Part 145 approval or MOD customer approval.
• Supervise, mentor and coordinate a small team of technicians.
• Interpret technical documents, drawings and publications; ensure QA/SMS compliance.
• Distribute workloads and ensure timely delivery to the customer.
• Mentor apprentices/trainees and contribute to continuous improvement.
