Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Defence Account Executive to own bookings growth across the UK, working with Defence contractors and Rubrik channel partners to exceed quotas. You will drive pipeline, pursue new logos, and coordinate with Sales Engineers and Partners to unlock strategic opportunities.

Qualifications

• Tech sales experience in IT infrastructure, security or SaaS.
• Consistent track record landing net new logos.
• Strong performance with quotas in Defence domains.
• Experience working with channel partners and distributors.
• Self-driven with a results-focused attitude.
• Experience selling a complex solution.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute sales plans for the assigned territory to meet and exceed quota through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities.
• Develop and manage sales pipeline to move a large number of strategic transactions through the sales process.
• Identify and close new opportunities for growth working with Defence and Defence contractors.
• Present Rubrik, Inc. solutions within complex data centre design environments.
• Co-sell and strategise with partners, distributors, and VARs to enable rapid growth.
• Provide Rubrik management with feedback about the local market opportunity and identification of new business opportunities and channel partnerships.
