King’s Worcester is seeking a Dedicated Pupil Support to join the King’s Hawford team, providing 1:1 SEND support for a Year 2 pupil. The role goes beyond classroom support, focusing on learning, personal development and safety with guidance from the SENCO and senior leaders.
The position is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, term-time only, fixed-term for the duration of funding, with start date as soon as possible after checks.

To assist in promoting the learning, personal development and safety of the pupil to whom you are assigned to enable them to make best use of the educational opportunities available to them.
To work under the instruction/guidance of the SENCO and Senior Leaders to undertake work, care and support programmes, to enable access to learning for the pupil in accordance with the needs set out in the EHCP. Work may be carried out inside or outside of the classroom.
