Job summary

Nuclear Restoration Services is seeking a Project Manager to lead decommissioning projects at Sizewell A. The role is site-based with a four-day pattern from 07:25 to 17:00, focusing on safety, delivery and stakeholder coordination.

You will guide multi-disciplinary teams through planning, execution and change control, maintaining governance, and ensuring regulatory and commercial alignment. APM PMQ or commitment to obtain it within 12 months is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects in regulated or technically complex environments.
• Proven ability to guide multi-disciplinary teams and manage stakeholders.
• Ownership mindset with ability to drive work through planning to execution.
• Commitment to achieve PMQ within a year if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of high-profile decommissioning projects with governance and performance control.
• Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders to secure resources and support.
• Provide safety leadership including reviews in radiologically controlled areas up to R4 C3 level.
• Shape projects from planning through execution, managing risks and changes.
