Job summary

Asset Plus, a Johnson Controls subsidiary, seeks a commercially driven Project Surveyor to lead high‑value decarbonisation projects. You will manage costs, contracts, and profitability while building trusted client relationships to ensure successful delivery of sustainability initiatives.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and play a key role in shaping project outcomes within a market‑leading energy efficiency portfolio.

Qualifications

• Must have strong cost management and financial understanding.
• Proven analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent commercial awareness and stakeholder handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost and contractual aspects of projects; ensure financial performance.
• Produce cost plans, forecasts and budget reports.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors and clients.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks and mitigate them.
• Identify cost efficiencies aligned with decarbonisation goals.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure delivery.
