Job summary

Aaron Wallis Sales Recruitment is seeking a Field Collections Officer to cover Glasgow. The role is field-based, with a £29,000 basic salary plus a £5,000 car allowance and a bonus scheme (OTE £55K).

You will work with customers to resolve balances and arrange repayment solutions, managing your own workload across a set territory. The ideal candidate will have collections or debt recovery experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to handle sensitive conversations while working
