• Prepare executive and board-level reports with data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
• Ensure debt function has clear performance metrics to meet targets.
• Build a holistic data strategy leveraging internal and external data sources to optimize credit risk management.
• Partner with data science teams to define modelling requirements for debt analysis and forecasting.
• Drive innovation in debt performance analytics, improving customer experience while reducing costs.
• Own and manage relationships with credit bureaus and external data providers to enhance credit insight and debt forecasting.
• Monitor new data opportunities to keep the business at the forefront of credit risk innovation.
