Job description

Ryder Reid Legal is recruiting a Debt Finance Paralegal to join a US law firm on an initial 6-12 month fixed-term contract basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join a growing US law firm, supporting the Debt Finance team in all stages of transactions. The team comprises 2 Paralegals, along with Associates and Partners, with potential to extend beyond the initial contract for the right candidate.

Some of the duties include:

1. Providing assistance on venture capital financings, debt financings, public offerings, and M&A
2. Preparing and drafting documents and agreements
3. Supporting lawyers with the preparation of closings

The successful candidate will hold a TC offer from another City or US law firm and be available to commit to a minimum of 6 months. Previous experience in finance is preferred.

This role requires office working 5 days per week, with overtime when necessary.
