Murphy AI in the United Kingdom is building AI-powered debt collection agents and seeks experienced debt-collection consultants to validate and shape real-world remediation conversations. This is a consulting/advisory role paid by the hour with flexible 5-20 hours per month and fully remote.

You will review call flows, ensure regulatory alignment, and share practical scripts from your portfolio, helping to train AI while preserving compliant, respectful debtor engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in debt collections or related roles.
• Experience with banks, DCAs, servicers or BPOs preferred.
• Leadership titles and recent people-management exposure valued.

Responsibilities

• Review call flows, scripts and negotiation logic used by Murphy's AI agents.
• Validate cadence, cure-rate assumptions and settlement ranges against real practice.
• Ensure compliance with UK consumer protection rules and appropriate tone.
