Murphy AI is hiring a Data Analyst to turn every transaction into reliable analytics. You’ll own the metrics, models and dashboards, working directly with the co-founders to drive decisions.

You’ll define KPIs, build the source of truth, and automate invoicing across currencies. Expect a rigorous, AI-native culture with ownership and high impact, including a Barcelona office visit for founders meetings.

Qualifications

• Fluent in SQL and Python.
• Highly analytical and precise, with experience building metrics and models.
• You own outcomes and chase the number until it changes a decision.

Responsabilités

• Own the numbers: define KPIs and ensure consistent calculations.
• Build data models and dashboards from raw call, debt and payment data.
• Automate invoicing to pipelineize billing across currencies.
• Design and read experiments to measure lift in recovery.
• Investigate root causes and fix data at the source.
