Interpath Advisory is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join its Corporates & Private Equity team in the UK. You will lead mandates across corporate and leveraged finance, supervise a deal team, and direct finance options from planning through close, liaising with clients, sponsors, and lenders.

The role requires 6+ years in banking or debt advisory, a proven track record in leveraged finance, and qualifications such as CFA or ACA.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience (typically 6+ years) in banking or debt advisory, leveraged finance, or related fields.
• Proven track record leading corporate and leveraged finance transactions, including bank debt and private credit.
• Professional qualifications such as CFA, ACA, or equivalent preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to translate analysis into board-ready materials.
• Detail-oriented and capable of delivering high-quality written materials on deadlines.
• Able to mentor and develop junior team members and to lead negotiations with lenders.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day transaction execution and project management from mandate through close.
• Direct transaction planning and structuring discussions with clients, sponsors and lenders.
• Oversee development of information memoranda and lender presentations.
• Perform financial modelling and analysis and review work of the deal team.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, sponsors and lenders, and lead lender negotiations.
• Play an active role in new business development and deal origination strategy.
• Mentor Managers and junior team members and contribute to project delivery quality.
