Interpath is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join its Corporates & Private Equity team in London. You will lead mandates across debt products, oversee structuring discussions with sponsors and lenders, and drive the development of marketing materials and financial models.

With 6+ years in banking or debt advisory, you will mentor junior staff, manage client relationships, and contribute to new business development while maintaining high-quality project delivery and market reputation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in banking, debt advisory, or related field such as acquisition finance or restructuring.
• Proven track record leading corporate and leveraged finance transactions including bank debt, unitranche, and private credit.
• Professional qualifications such as CFA, ACA, or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day transaction execution and project management from mandate through to close across corporate and leveraged finance transactions.
• Lead transaction planning and structuring discussions with clients, sponsors and lenders.
• Oversee development and review of high-quality transaction marketing materials, including information memoranda and lender presentations.
• Direct financial modelling and analysis including review of the work of the wider deal team.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, sponsors, lenders and third parties; lead lender negotiations on pricing, terms and documentation.
• Play active role in new business development, including leading pitch preparation and supporting deal origination strategy.
• Manage, mentor and develop Managers and junior team members.
• Contribute to enhancing Interpath’s reputation through high-quality project delivery.
