A leading professional services firm is seeking an experienced candidate to join their Deals Tax team. The role involves delivering bespoke tax advice, managing client relationships, and leading teams on transactions. The ideal candidate will have a Chartered Accountant or Chartered Tax Advisor qualification and extensive experience in private equity transactions. Our Deals Tax team works closely with our Deals practice to advise on the tax implications of all aspects of transactions including Mergers & Acquisition, Business Recovery Services and Real Estate. Part of the wider Corporate Tax network, we work collaboratively across specialisms to drive value and help our clients succeed at all stages of the deal lifecycle. The role sits within the Private Equity Portfolio (PE Portfolio) Tax team, one of the most successful groups in PwC's Deals Tax network. Operating nationally, the team ensures that wherever individuals are based, clients benefit from access to leading experts and professionals enjoy exposure to the broadest range of opportunities.
