Job summary

Unity Advisory is a pure-play CFO advisory firm helping CFOs navigate deals with advanced analytics and AI-enabled delivery. The Manager – Deals Analytics will lead analytics, modelling and board reporting across buy-side and sell-side engagements, driving value creation throughout the deal lifecycle.

You will work closely with Unity Advisory Partners and clients in a fast-growing, hybrid environment, applying commercial insight to deliver measurable outcomes and practical advice at pace.

Qualifications

• ACA, CIMA, or equivalent accounting/finance certification.
• Proven consulting experience with measurable client impact.
• Hands-on experience in deals, transactions, or M&A.
• Strong data management and analytical capability with large datasets.
• Interest in AI and LLM-based techniques for client work.

Responsibilities

• Critically assess exit readiness to maximise value for clients.
• Lead buy-side and sell-side diligence projects with value drivers.
• Identify profitability improvements using commercial analytics.
• Apply forecasting and scenario modelling for decision making.
• Develop board-ready dashboards and management reporting.
• Champion AI and data-driven techniques across projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams with Unity Advisory Partners.
• Translate findings into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
