Job summary

Unity Advisory, a pure-play CFO advisory firm, is seeking entrepreneurial Directors to lead our Deals practice. Focus on AI-enabled Post Merger Integration, Carve-out support, and Value Creation for PE and Corporate clients. Strong client leadership and Big 4 quality are essential, with hybrid work from our Mayfair office.

You will shape innovative, outcome-driven solutions, mentor senior talent, and help build a market-leading deals platform with ambitions to partner-level impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Deals / Value Creation, PMI & Carve-out exposure.
• Experience advising Private Equity and Corporate clients at senior levels.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and shape propositions.

Responsibilities

• Originate and develop client and engagement opportunities, leading pitches and events.
• Co-develop future operating model for deals and define AI-enabled propositions.
• Lead and deliver high-impact PMI, Carve-out, and Value Creation engagements for PE & Corporate clients.
• Build and mentor Senior Managers and Managers to become future leaders.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to evolve strategy and offerings.
• Represent Unity Advisory in the market and build trusted adviser relationships.
• Be part of a fast-growing disrupter in professional services.
